Spring is coming! Most of our Spring drop-in classes will resume the third week of March. On-site registration offered for all classes–no pre-registration required, but classes do sometimes fill up so make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes early to reserve your spot!
Chicken & Egg…every Wednesday and Saturday at 11am; first class Wednesday, March 21st; $5 residents/$8 non-residents.
Feed the Animals…second and fourth Saturday of the month at 2pm; first class Saturday, March 24th; $5 residents/$8 non-residents.
Hold Your Horses…first and third Saturday of the month at 2pm; first class Saturday, March 31st; $5 residents/$8 non-residents.
NEW! Feed the Chickens…every Tuesday and Thursday between 10am-12pm; first class Thursday, April 5th; $2 residents/$4 non-residents.
NEW! Feed the Goats…every Monday and Wednesday between 1pm-2pm; first class Monday, April 2nd; $2 residents/$4 non-residents.
Hands-On Milking has a tentative start date of April 11. Please check back for updates.
Explore restored farm buildings, visit with farm animals and agricultural interpreters, stroll through 100+ acres of historic and modern rural landscapes or climb up on a vintage tractor near the fruit orchard. Exciting and educational activities await you in the farmyard! Drop-in programs offered weekdays and Saturdays: hand-milk a Jersey cow, gather eggs from the chicken coop, groom a draft horse, feed the animals or help in the vegetable garden.
