Armistice Day
All Ages
The
day commemorating the end of World War I was a major event in the lives
of all Americans in the 1920s and 1930s.
The eleventh hour of the eleventh
day of the eleventh month marked the end of fighting in Europe and the
imminent return of the St. Charles residents who fought in the Great War.
Help honor those that served "Over There" in this living history
program.
This special event is held annually in November.
